Never Alone

There are times when I feel alone, tired, and discouraged.  But in my heart of hearts I know God is always with me, that He is my strength and my hope.  I believe He will always come through for me – and in fact already has in the person of Jesus Christ.

The psalmist proclaims: I will say to the LORD, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust” (Psalms 91:2 – ESV).

We all feel vulnerable in this life, and sometimes we can feel lost with nowhere to turn for help.  I am grateful that God is a strong tower into which I can run.  No matter how bad things seem, God is always there and He always cares.  I pray that you also know the comfort and assurance that Christ offers.  Whatever your situation God is there with you, and He understands when no one else seems to care.

Don’t ever give up hope.  Someone much stronger than you has walked down this road ahead of you, and He is even now walking by your side.  Reach out in faith and grab hold of His nail-scarred hand.  He will comfort you and sustain you.  He loves you, and He wants you to know that you need not fear – for you are never alone!
